Pagewell Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Pagewell (the "Service") provided by [Operator] ("we").
2. The Service
The Service provides building and hosting a public link-in-bio page, link click statistics and an AI page draft.
3. Account
- The Service creates an anonymous account automatically, without a name or email.
- You can connect the account to your email with a sign-in link to use your purchases on other devices or browsers. Connecting moves this browser's anonymous data to the email account.
- "Delete my data" deletes your account and server data permanently.
4. Paid features
- Pro yearly subscription: $29.99 per year (7-day free trial for first-time subscribers)
- Pro monthly subscription: $4.99 per month
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- The currency and amount on the checkout page apply (including sales tax or VAT where applicable), and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before a free trial ends and you will not be charged; after the trial the plan you chose is charged automatically.
- Cancel any time in "Manage subscription" (Paddle customer portal). You keep access until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Paddle. Ask within 14 days of a payment (the first payment and each renewal) and you get a full refund of that payment. This does not limit your statutory rights, such as the 7-day withdrawal right under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Ask through the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net, or contact [Contact] and we will pass it on to Paddle (Refund Policy).
- Purchases are tied to your account. On another device or browser, sign in with an emailed link ("Restore purchase") to use them.
5. AI features and limits
- AI results are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything important yourself.
- Features have daily limits that reset at 00:00 UTC.
- To prevent abuse, new anonymous accounts and free uses are also capped per network (Wi-Fi / IP) per day.

6. Your responsibilities
- Do not call the Service with automated tools at scale, bypass limits, or attack our servers.
- Do not enter or publish other people's personal data or unlawful or harmful content.
- Public pages must not contain illegal content, phishing, scams or malware links, content that infringes others' rights or impersonates others, sexual content or hate speech. We may take such pages down without notice after a report or review.
- Page addresses are first come, first served; addresses needed to run the service or likely to mislead cannot be used.
- Invite reward: when a friend makes their first page from your invite link, your free-plan link limit grows by 1, up to 3 extra links. Each invitee counts once; your own pages and pages that were taken down do not count. The reward has no cash value, and rewards obtained by abuse (such as mass account creation) may be taken back.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service's content, design and software. You own what you create; we process it only to provide the features you ask for.
8. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, network failures, outages of stores, payment providers or processors), except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.
9. Changes
We announce changes at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country.
