Tally 가계부 Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Tally 가계부 (the "Service") provided by [Operator] ("we").
2. The Service
The Service provides expense and income tracking, a daily safe-to-spend amount and budgets, AI expense reading (card texts, one-line notes, receipt photos) and an AI weekly report.
- Amounts, analyses and reports are for information only and are not financial, investment or tax advice.
- AI-read amounts and categories can be wrong: check them before saving.
3. Account
- The Service creates an anonymous account automatically, without a name or email.
- "Delete my data" deletes your account and server data permanently.
4. Paid features
- Pro yearly subscription: $29.99 per year (7-day free trial for first-time subscribers)
- Pro monthly subscription: $4.99 per month
- Pro yearly special offer (when offered) subscription: $19.99 per year
- Prices are shown in US dollars as a reference and vary by country and store; the price on the payment sheet applies.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
- The free trial is offered once, to first-time subscribers. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you will not be charged.
- Cancel in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions. You keep access until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Purchases are tied to the account used to buy them. Use "Restore purchases" in the app; if a reinstall created a new account and your purchase does not show, contact [Contact].
5. AI features and limits
- AI results are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything important yourself.
- Features have daily limits that reset at 00:00 UTC.
- To prevent abuse, new anonymous accounts and free uses are also capped per network (Wi-Fi / IP) per day.
- AI expense reading: free 3/day · during the trial 10/day · paid 50/day (free use per network: 30/day in total)
- AI weekly report: free 0/day · during the trial 1/day · paid 2/day
6. Your responsibilities
- Do not call the Service with automated tools at scale, bypass limits, or attack our servers.
- Do not enter or publish other people's personal data or unlawful or harmful content.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service's content, design and software. You own what you create; we process it only to provide the features you ask for.
8. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, network failures, outages of stores, payment providers or processors), except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.
9. Changes
We announce changes at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country.
