Meow Café Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Meow Café (the "Service") provided by [Operator] ("we").
2. The Service
The Service provides an idle cat café game with gems (in-game currency), the Meow Club membership, Remove Ads and a starter pack.
3. Account
- The Service creates an anonymous account automatically, without a name or email.
- "Delete my data" deletes your account and server data permanently.
4. Paid features
- Meow Club yearly subscription: $29.99 per year (3-day free trial for first-time subscribers)
- Meow Club monthly subscription: $4.99 per month
- 80 gems: $0.99 (consumable)
- 500 gems: $4.99 (consumable)
- 2400 gems: $19.99 (consumable)
- Remove Ads: $2.99 (one-time purchase)
- Starter pack (200 gems, once per account): $1.99 (one-time purchase)
- Prices are shown in US dollars as a reference and vary by country and store; the price on the payment sheet applies.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
- The free trial is offered once, to first-time subscribers. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you will not be charged.
- Cancel in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions. You keep access until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Purchases are tied to the account used to buy them. Use "Restore purchases" in the app; if a reinstall created a new account and your purchase does not show, contact [Contact].
5. Your responsibilities
- Do not call the Service with automated tools at scale, bypass limits, or attack our servers.
- Do not enter or publish other people's personal data or unlawful or harmful content.
- Gems are a digital in-game item with no cash value; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
- Purchased gems and items are delivered to your server wallet after the store confirms payment; if a purchase is refunded, its gems (up to your remaining balance) and items are taken back.
- Ads: rewarded ads are optional. The in-app reward (a 2× boost or doubled offline coins) is given only when the ad network reports that the ad was watched; ad rewards are not cash or gems.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service's content, design and software. You own what you create; we process it only to provide the features you ask for.
7. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, network failures, outages of stores, payment providers or processors), except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.
8. Changes
We announce changes at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country.
