Calmleaf Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Calmleaf (the "Service") provided by [Operator] ("we").
2. The Service
The Service provides breathing exercises, guided sessions, mood check-ins, habit tracking and the AI Daily Reset (a breathing pattern and a small action for today).
- Calmleaf is a general wellness tool (relaxation and breathing). It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a health professional about health concerns.
- If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, call or text 988 (US) or 911 now. In Korea, call 109 (24/7) or 112/119.
3. Account
- The Service creates an anonymous account automatically, without a name or email.
- "Delete my data" deletes your account and server data permanently.
4. Paid features
- Calmleaf Plus yearly subscription: $29.99 per year (7-day free trial for first-time subscribers)
- Calmleaf Plus monthly subscription: $5.99 per month
- Calmleaf Plus yearly special offer (when offered) subscription: $19.99 per year
- Prices are shown in US dollars as a reference and vary by country and store; the price on the payment sheet applies.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
- The free trial is offered once, to first-time subscribers. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you will not be charged.
- Cancel in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions. You keep access until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Purchases are tied to the account used to buy them. Use "Restore purchases" in the app; if a reinstall created a new account and your purchase does not show, contact [Contact].
5. AI features and limits
- AI results are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything important yourself.
- Features have daily limits that reset at 00:00 UTC.
- To prevent abuse, new anonymous accounts and free uses are also capped per network (Wi-Fi / IP) per day.
- AI Daily Reset: free 1/day · during the trial 5/day · paid 30/day (free use per network: 10/day in total)
6. Your responsibilities
- Do not call the Service with automated tools at scale, bypass limits, or attack our servers.
- Do not enter or publish other people's personal data or unlawful or harmful content.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service's content, design and software. You own what you create; we process it only to provide the features you ask for.
8. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, network failures, outages of stores, payment providers or processors), except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.
9. Changes
We announce changes at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country.
